ใครทำลายระบอบประชาธิปไตย? #AntiThaksinAmnesty

ตำราเค้าว่า ประชาธิปไตย แบ่งโครงสร้างออกเป็น 3 สถาบัน นิติบัญญัติ บริหาร และตุลาการ ทั้ง 3 สถาบันมีหน้าที่หลักของตัวเอง และทำงานถ่วงดุลย์กันไป

วันนี้ บริหาร (อย่าเหนียมอายว่าไม่ใช่เรื่องของรัฐบาลกันเลย) และ นิติบัญญัติส่วนหนึ่ง กำลังจะปู้ยี่ปู้ยำ “ระบอบประชาธิปไตย” ที่เขาถวิลหากันเหลือเกิน ด้วยการล้มล้างคำตัดสินของฝ่ายตุลาการ โดยอาศัยการเป็นเสียงข้างมาก ดันทุรังผ่านกฎหมาย “ล้างผิด” โดยอาศัยคำว่า “ปรองดอง” เป็นตัวบังหน้า

เพิ่งรู้ว่า คนที่อ้างว่าต่อสู้เพื่อประชาธิปไตย เขาทำกันแบบนี้

ใครก็ตามที่เสนอกฎหมายที่นำไปสู่การพลิกคำพิพากษาศาล โดยเฉพาะเป็นคำพิพากษาที่มีผู้แก้กฎหมายเป็นจำเลย คนผู้นั้นคือผู้ที่กำลังย่ำยีระบอบประชาธิปไตย

ไม่ใช่เสียงส่วนใหญ่ แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เสียงที่เงียบ #AntiThaksinAmnesty

เป็นอีกวันหนึ่งที่อยากบันทึกเก็บไว้ บันทึกความไม่เห็นด้วยที่จะยอมให้คนทำผิด หนีความผิดกันง่ายๆ ด้วยอาศัยพวกที่ซื้อมาได้มากแล้วลากคนอื่นไปด้วย

บ้านเมืองอยู่ในจุดอันตราย ความเห็นส่วนตัวของผมคือเพื่อนๆควรแสดงจุดยืนของตนเองตามกรอบกันอย่างเต็มที่ ถ้าพวกเรานิ่งเฉย ถือว่าธุระไม่ใช่ พวกเขาจะเหมาว่าพวกเราเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางที่เขาเสนอเข้ามา

ใช้เสียงของพวกเรานี่ละครับ ผ่านทาง social media ถนัดทวีตก็ทวีต ไม่อยากทวีตก็ รีทวีต ถนัดโพสต์หน้าเฟซบุ๊คก็แสดงความเห็นตรงนั้น ไม่ถนัดอย่างน้อยก็ share ออกไป ผ่านสื่อทีวี text sms ทำได้ก็ต้องทำ เจอหน้าสส. บอกผ่านสส. ของเราได้ก็ยิ่งดี

แม้จะต้องออกไปชุมนุมตามกรอบก็ไม่มีใครห้าม ถึงเวลาครับที่เราควรมีส่วนร่วมแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของประเทศสักครั้ง ต้องไม่ยอมให้พวกเฮงซวยที่ชอบเอาเสียงเของเราใช้เป็นข้ออ้างอยู่เสมอๆ

ทวีตแล้วทวีตอีก แสดงความเห็น แชร์บนเฟ็ซบุ๊ค sms วันละหลายๆครั้งถ้าพอมีตังค์ :)

ปลุกระดมกันหน่อย ตื่นกันได้แล้วคร๊าบ พวกเราจะได้กลับไปมีความสุขเหมือนเมื่อวันศุกร์ที่แล้วกันอีก

บาเบล (Babel)

เมื่อสองวันก่อนได้นึกถึงเรื่อง “หอคอยบาเบล” (Tower of Babel) เลยจะเขียนบันทึกเก็บไว้สักหน่อย

เรื่องนี้เกิดขึ้นในรุ่นหลานของหลานของหลานของโนอาห์ (Noah) คนเขียนพระคัมภีร์เค้าก็เล่าว่า หลังจากเหตุน้ำท่วมโลกสิ้นสุด โนอาห์ก็มีลูกชาย 3 คน แล้วลูก ๆ ของโนอาห์ก็มีลูกมีหลานมาอีกหลายรุ่น แต่ละรุ่นก็ต่างแยกย้ายกันไปตั้งรกรากตามที่ต่าง ๆ คนเขียนเล่าว่าคนสมัยนั้นยังพูดภาษาเดียวกัน คำและความหมายก็เหมือนกัน คนเหล่านั้นจึงสามารถสื่อสารกันได้ในวงกว้าง วันหนึ่งพวกเขาก็คุยกันว่า “มามะ เรามาเผาอิฐแล้วสร้างเมือง แล้วเรามาสร้างหอคอยในเมืองของเรา สร้างหอคอยให้สูงไปถึงสรวงสวรรค์ ให้เป็นเกียรติเป็นศรีแก่เรา เพื่อให้เราจะได้ไม่ต้องกระจัดกระจายไปทั่วแผ่นดินอีกต่อไป”

วันหนึ่งพระเป็นเจ้าก็แวะลงมาดูหอคอยที่เหล่ามนุษย์สร้าง พอพระองค์เห็นหอคอยอันสงตระหง่านนั้น พระเป็นเจ้าก็คิดว่า “เหย เพราะมนุษย์พูดภาษาเดียวกัน เขาสื่อสารกันรู้เรื่อง พวกเขาจึงทำสิ่งนี้ขึ้นมาได้ แล้วนี่ก็แค่อย่างแรกนะเนี่ย ต่อไปนี้พวกมนุษย์อยากจะทำอะไร ก็คงไม่มีอะไรจะยั้งไว้ได้” พอนึกได้ดังนั้น พระเป็นเจ้าก็เลยคิดว่า “ไม่ได้การละ ปล่อยให้มนุษย์สื่อสารกันง่าย ๆ อย่างนี้ไม่ได้แล้ว เราต้องทำให้มนุษย์คุยกันไม่รู้เรื่องเสียแล้ว” แล้วพระเป็นเจ้าก็ส่งมนุษย์เหล่านั้นให้กระจัดกระจายไปทั่ว พวกเขาจึงเลิกล้มการสร้างเมือง

ต่อมา เมือง ๆ นั้นก็ได้ชื่อว่า “บาเบล” (Babel) เป็นภาษาฮีบรู แปลว่า สับสน (confuse)

Now the whole earth used the same language and the same words. It came about as they journeyed east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there.

They said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly.” And they used brick for stone, and they used tar for mortar. They said, “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name, otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”

The LORD came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. The LORD said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”

So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of the whole earth; and they stopped building the city. Therefore its name was called tBabel, because there the LORD confused the language of the whole earth; and from there the LORD scattered them abroad over the face of the whole earth.
